Reserve Your Bike
Click the link above to book a reservation at the Bentonville shop online. Walk-ins are also welcome. In the event that you have a last minute change to your rental, please contact the Rental Shop at (479) 364-0631. If you wish to rent from one of our other shops in Arkansas or Oklahoma, we highly recommend contacting each shop ahead of time to make a reservation. A reservation will ensure that the bike you want is available and ready to take you on an adventure as soon as you arrive at the shop.

Group Rentals
Phat Tire Bike Shop does not offer discounts for group rentals. Group rentals can be booked online by a group representative. The group representative will need the following information for each Rider to complete booking: name, height to pick appropriate size, weight to set up full suspension bikes, and payment method.
Rental Day Rate
Please note that rental durations are based on a day rate that is defined by an end-of-day return. A bike rented for one day is picked up and dropped off on the same day. If a two-day rental is selected, the bike needs to be dropped off by the end of the second day. A rental "day" is not a 24-hour period from the time of pick up.
Late Fees
Bikes are due by the end of the business day on the last day of the rental. If a rental bike is returned late, the additional day(s) of possession will be charged in addition to a penalty equal to one day of rental.
Rentals include
All rentals include a helmet and pedals. Flat repair kits, locks, frame bags, and tailgate pads can be added to the rental upon request (see "extras" in online booking).
Cancellations
Customers can cancel a reservation by calling the location renting the bike(s). Please leave a message if a call is made outside business hours.
Phat Tire will provide a full refund if a reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. 50% of the reservation cost will be refunded if the cancellation is made within the 24 hours prior to the start of the reservation. In the event of a reservation “no show”, the full price of the rental will be charged and no refunds will be made.
Trail Conditions
It is advisable to avoid riding trails with built up dirt trail features after recent rainfall. Some sections of the trail system may close if rainfall is significant. Fortunately, there are many miles of trails nearby that drain exceptionally well and are accessible even during light rain (Hobbs State Park and the Back 40 Trail Network). After precipitation, nearly all local trails are rideable after a day of warm sunshine.
