Shipping Options
We do not ship merchandise. We offer In-Store Pickup only.
In-Store Pickup
Some items may require additional processing time due to transfer from off-site locations or product assembly. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Orders will be held for 15 days after notification. After 15 days, the item will be returned to inventory and the amount refunded, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
NOTE: Bike orders can take 2-4 weeks to process, ship, and assemble.

Information Security
Customer information is protected during transmission by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software.
Returns
Returns are easy. Items can be returned to any Phat Tire Bike Shop. If you prefer to ship the item, please contact sales@phattirebikeshop.com for return instructions and authorization.
Phat Tire Bike Shop will refund purchase and shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Any returned merchandise that appears to be used will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable (example: custom built wheels).
